[Damn right! Revali has pretty much been going from high place to high place, all over the place. No point in holding back, he has been climbing to balconies, to high windows, to all those staircases that make this city be so claustrophobic. He may be unable to fly, but he's still going to take advantage of how comfortable he feels with heights! A feather or two fluttering in the wind pretty much proves he's nearby.
