... That's not actually a bad idea. Some way of marking a killer so it's easier to track them would be pretty useful.

It would have to be something they couldn't just erase evidence of, so leaving stuff on the scene is more difficult.

If someone has a "mark someone's hands with ink that can't be washed off" power, now would be a great time to know about it.
